Almost there! 90% of the book is written!

Today I finished chapter 30 on security and I’m hoping to be done with the entire book early March. I can’t wait to have the book written and completed. However, after that the real work will begin of promoting the book!

Today I finished the last chapter on Mighty Fridays of the Part 1 of the book. Now I have 17 Chapters written and still another 15 to write. I’m more than half way through. Which is great!

Chapter 6 about banning email is done

Started my daily summer writing challenge and wrote chapter 6 on… email! Again around 1.5k words (seems like an average number per chapter) but I needed to explain why using emails to coordinate stuff internally doesn’t make sense.

Back to writing and I just wrote a chapter 5 on… writing! It’s a longer one, more than 1.5K words but and later we’ll see if during editing we cut it shorter, but for now I think it’s pretty valuable. Hope you like it, too!


Part 1 intro and chapter 4

Finally got back to the groove of writing the book. I cannot postpone it anymore. I was busy launching Nozbe Teams but now I’m back in writing mode.

Finalized the Part 1 intro - you’re using office wrong and the Chapter 4: focus and now I’m hoping to get to a regular rhythm of writing 500 words a day for the rest of June.

Intro and the first two chapters written!

Finally after the whole COVID-19 situation has settled (and we’re finally getting the hang of the situation), I’m back at writing the book. Just wrote the intro and the first two chapters. Here’s to more writing tomorrow!

I’ve decided to be very lean about it - write as fast as I can and let Magda edit my writing as soon as she can. I want to be as “lean” as possible with the book.
